Irvea-Olive Oil Academy does not organize courses for online olive oil sommelier.
The courses that precede the sensory analysis of food are done in presence and all together. This is the only way to create a close-knit group with certain technical skills.
You can not conduct online olive oil courses or tastings through online links, where in August in Italy it is summer and in Australia it is winter, with different seasons, climates, environmental temperatures and time zones. I challenge anyone among you and define ETHICAL and PROFESSIONAL something like that.
